Oracle Engineering Technician in Honolulu, Hawaii

Job Description

The position will focus on learning, documenting, automating, and building relevant reporting for the Technology Operation Center starting with Device Validation Services and then transitioning to Advanced Exchange Support. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Technical Operations Center (TOC) in Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Begin by learning and supporting Device Validation Services, ensuring Oracle Health hardware meets integration standards.

  • Transition to Advanced Exchange Support services, focusing on hardware replacement and customer service processes.

  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware devices and document resolution.

  • Prioritize and escalate issues and requests when appropriate.

  • Document key processes and procedures for each supply chain function.

  • Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

  • Build, maintain, and enhance reporting tools to monitor and analyze operational performance.

  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems, optimize workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help develop best practices for each function.

  • Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 2 years of project management or related experience.
