We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role is in the industry of data management and requires the individual to efficiently handle customer inquiries, maintain precise customer records, and take necessary actions on customer accounts. Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer applications

• Efficiently handle outbound calls to owners for the purpose of signing sets of By-Law amendments

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions

• Utilize basic office skills for routine tasks

• Perform light filing tasks to maintain organized records

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into the system

• Ensure all customer data is up-to-date and accurate

• Use data entry skills to update and maintain databases

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficient in data entry and management

• Demonstrable basic office skills, including the use of standard office equipment

• Experience in filing and maintaining organized filing systems

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
