Your role as the ACO Quality Coordinator will be to provide guidance and support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HHP quality programs, and value based program management and initiatives. We are looking for a detailed and self-motivated individual who is eager to step up to support the development of new programs and make viable recommendations based on solid data to achieve our mission to create a healthier Hawai‘i.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in health care or business related and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Five (5) years of demonstrated business or clinical health care experience involving support, office or program management skills, progressive level of responsibility with a demonstration in bringing together various stakeholders, and adept knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field. Demonstrated administrative or business operations experience in roles performing analysis of operational issues to include developing and implementing project plans, strong interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize data. Knowledge in Electronic Medical Record (EMR). One (1) year of demonstrated experience in quality management.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.

Starting Hourly Rate: 32.81
