Whether you are an executive or an assistant, overseeing clinical operations or customer care, you help to provide essential services for our facilities and fiscal and organizational responsibility for the organization as a whole.

As Manager, you will be responsible for the management of assigned cross-departmental and/or enterprise-wide projects. In addition, you will provide operational and strategic leadership to all personnel assigned to designated projects, manage operational issues affecting project implementation, and ensure effective integration of organization strategy, people, technology, and business processes. We are looking for someone with outstanding organizational and leadership skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Four (4) years of progressive experience in a position with varied business and customer service functions.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree. Leadership experience in a clinic or health care environment. Project management experience. EMR systems experience. ICD-10 and CPT/CDM coding experience.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.

Starting Hourly Rate: 47.33
