Overview of the role:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is generally responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments. The Accounts Payable Specialist will perform accounting and administrative/clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to credit card transactions, account reconciliations, answering telephones (as needed), ordering office equipment, and handling petty cash.

You have an Associates Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting or Business.
One year of paid experience in bookkeeping/accounting with an emphasis on accounts payable and receivable transactions.
