We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to become a part of our team in the hotel industry, located in HONOLULU, Hawaii. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The role involves a range of responsibilities including invoice processing, data entry, and handling confidential information. If interested, please call us at 808-531-8056. Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts payable invoices on a regular basis

• Manage high volume data entry and processing tasks

• Ensure approval on invoices before proceeding with payment processing

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks and data management

• Handle and protect confidential information with discretion

• Oversee and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure balance in project costs by organizing invoices and files

• Provide administrative support to the accounts payable team as needed

• Maintain accurate customer credit records for future reference

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Previous experience in an administrative role is necessary

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is essential

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
