Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction
Take reservations and perform check-in and check-out services
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
Supervise associates in their assigned job duties
Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Front Desk
Knowledge in Opera System is must
Good command of English and Cantonese
