Senior Manager/Associate Director, Claims & Pre-Assessment

The position is a senior member of the Claims Department. We seek a highly qualified individual with a strong commitment to lead and implement transformational strategies to achieve the company's targets and objectives.

He/She/They will oversee and take an active role in the daily operation, including Pre-Assessment/ Pre-Approval, Claims Adjudication. He/She/They will also participate in different projects including system development, cost containment and other health & claims transformation strategies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-assessment team, ensuring adherence to all Company and Department objectives, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while effectively mitigating risks.

• Actively participate in service improvement, health transformation, and cost containment projects.

• Train and develop both on-shore and off-shore staff to enhance service quality and achieve organizational goals.

• Collaborate with the Health Provider Management Team to expand and deliver preferred provider services.

Required Qualifications:

• Not less than 12 years relevant working experience and at least 5 years working experience at manager level or above.

• University Graduate will good language and communication skill (both oral and written).

• Healthcare professional preferred (like Registered Nurse and other Allied Health Care Professionals) but not a must.

• Solid experience in pre-approval and claims adjudication.

• Healthcare professionals with good medical knowledge

• Formal training in management and statistical analysis

• Command of both English and Chinese (including Mandarin), oral and written.

• Knowledge in project management.
