Senior Manager/Associate Director, Claims & Pre-Assessment
The position is a senior member of the Claims Department. We seek a highly qualified individual with a strong commitment to lead and implement transformational strategies to achieve the company's targets and objectives.
He/She/They will oversee and take an active role in the daily operation, including Pre-Assessment/ Pre-Approval, Claims Adjudication. He/She/They will also participate in different projects including system development, cost containment and other health & claims transformation strategies.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee the pre-assessment team, ensuring adherence to all Company and Department objectives, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while effectively mitigating risks.
Actively participate in service improvement, health transformation, and cost containment projects.
Train and develop both on-shore and off-shore staff to enhance service quality and achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with the Health Provider Management Team to expand and deliver preferred provider services.
Required Qualifications:
Not less than 12 years relevant working experience and at least 5 years working experience at manager level or above.
University Graduate will good language and communication skill (both oral and written).
Healthcare professional preferred (like Registered Nurse and other Allied Health Care Professionals) but not a must.
Solid experience in pre-approval and claims adjudication.
Healthcare professionals with good medical knowledge
Formal training in management and statistical analysis
Command of both English and Chinese (including Mandarin), oral and written.
Knowledge in project management.
