Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will take the responsibility of supporting continuous implementation of Environmental Protection, Health Management and Safety & Quality (“EHSQ”) management system process, information security management and System Assurance (“SA”) process in business operations as per international standards, statutory and contractual EHSQ requirements for projects. The primary responsibilities include:

• To assist the EHSQ team to maintain and implement Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality management system in accordance with company EHSQ policy, legislative and other requirements

• To assist preparation of EHSQ & SA documents, procedures and training materials

• To assist internal audits and external audits include customer audits, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 audits

• To assist implementation of EHSQ promotion and activities (project and corporate level)

• To facilitate data extraction, compilation, reporting and analytics

• To carry out other duties as required

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• University student/ Undergraduate student in EHSQ/ Information Security/ Science/ Engineering or related discipline

• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills

• Willing to learn, with positive & respective attitude

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English as well as Cantonese

• Proficient in MS Office

• Knowledge of video and photo editing, data analytics and related application e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Excel VBA will be beneficial

• Working location: Kwun Tong with on-demand site visit opportunity

• Immediate available is preferred
