Job Description
Manage and coordinate civil infrastructure projects
Prepare/ review schematic to detailed design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation, budgets control and details/ schedules for projects.
Conduct technical assessments and prepare comprehensive reports.
Manage our clients on day-to-day basis and convey action items to project teams.
Manage and coordinate with project teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects.
Participate in preparation of technical proposals, tender documents, and provide tendering assistance.
Supervise team members from junior to senior engineers in terms of work allocation, training, and problem resolution.
Contribute to interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables.
Familiarize with internal project management systems and procedures.
Adhere to quality and environmental management systems, health and safety policies and procedures, and report any potential risks or issues to the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Hold a recognized degree in Civil/Structural/Transportation Engineering or an equivalent field.
Be a corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or possess equivalent qualifications in relevant disciplines.
Possess a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in project management, planning and design of civil infrastructure/transportation planning projects.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua) and English.
High proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
Be self-motivated with a high level of personal drive to achieve targets and business goals.
Be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
