Description:
We are inviting passionate, energetic and devoted talents to join our dynamic F&B team.
What you will do:
Provide a warm welcome to all restaurant patrons and escort them to the dining area
Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and build rapport with guests
Ensure a seamless experience by handling guests’ enquiries and managing reservations in a professional manner
Anticipate guests’ problems before they arise, and rectify the issues in a calm and flexible way
Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests
Qualifications:
What you should have:
Preferably with 1 year of experience in service industries
Good communication and language skills
A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
Passionate in food & beverage
