- Someone who is able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- A personable and professional communicator and know your way around a computer
- Physically able and capable of setting up chairs and tables and carrying 30 pounds up and down stairs (it's not just a desk job)!
- Reliable, and can get to work on your own
And would love to...
- Support our amazing teachers and presenters, helping them bring their programs to life and ensuring they have everything they need for a great program.
- Coordinate and work with other teams to make sure the event is a success
- Stay on top of the process and inform team members of changes
- Compile event schedules, handouts, and A/V needs prior to the event.
- Coordinate and execute the setup of teaching classrooms and event spaces such as moving, carrying and stacking chairs, tables, blankets, and assisting with A/V needs.
