Landscape Laborer: (11) Fulltime, Temporary, Seasonal (H-2B) Jobs available 04/01/2025-11/21/2025.

Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Employer does not provide Housing. Employer may assist worker in securing housing if desired. Employer required uniforms provided and laundered by employer at no cost.
No education or experience required. On the job training provided. Will accept trainee.
Employer to provide transportation to and from multiple worksites in Monroe county, from designated location: 106 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472.
Work Days: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, 40 hours/week at $18.76/hour. OT at $28.14/hour when available. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including Saturdays & Sundays as needed. Workdays and shift time may vary depending on weather conditions. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure
Workers are subject to post employment, post-injury/incident drug testing, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Applicant must complete an employment application. Required uniform provided at no charge to the worker.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly.
All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
