Receptionist-Weekends Part time 16 hours, Weekends Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 3;30 pm Responsible for administrative and support functions including: answering the telephone, processing calls, taking messages, greeting vistors, family members, vendors and contractors. Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Ability to multi-task. Highly personable and a team player. Comfortable greeting family members, stakeholders and vendors in a psychiatric setting.
