Qualifications As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN-LVN you will have: Graduate of an accredited program for licensed vocational/practical nurses. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse / LPN-LVN. BLS Certification. Intravenous Therapy and Blood Certifications preferred. Minimum six months\' prior experience in an acute care setting preferred.
