Description:

Position Purpose: Join Beaven Kelly Home as a Facility Operations Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service. You’ll oversee facility services, safety, and risk management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, budget guidelines, and state/federal regulations. This position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

• Plan, develop, and implement departmental objectives in consultation with the Administrator.

• Monitor and inspect facility operations to meet safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

• Develop and manage facility-wide safety and risk management programs.

• Oversee procurement of supplies and services, ensuring cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

• Promote teamwork and uphold the mission and core values of Trinity Health Senior Communities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or relevant certification preferred.

• 3-5 years of related experience in facility management with progressive responsibility.

• Strong analytical skills to design complex systems, resolve problems, and develop operational plans.

• Proven ability to manage staff and work collaboratively with department heads.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
