Lead Tibco Administrator - Tibco Suite, iProcess

Position Summary

If so, Guardian is seeking a Senior Web Administrator to manage our critical WebSphere platform.

You are

A self-starter who is fueled by collaboration, able to transform conceptual thinking into executable insights who thrives in partnering across the company with software developers and internal and external customers, able to work independently and as team.

You have

  • Minimum 5 plus years of experience in Tibco Suite Administration (iProcess, BW5, BW6, ActiveSpaces, EMS)

  • Minimum 5 years of Tibco iProcess experience

  • Experience with AIX/Linux OS

  • Experience with Shell scripting, JAVA/JMX, Python highly desired

  • Experience with Databases & SQL

  • Must be able to multi-task and work well with changing priorities in a fast paced, 24x7 environment.

  • Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service.

  • A strong ability to learn new technologies.

  • Experience with Splunk Appd, Zenoss, AWS CloudWatch, CICD tools will be plus

You will

  • Lead the implementation of Tibco Suite of products and automation.

  • Design, develop and implement business process management solutions using Tibco iProcess.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tibco iProcess, BW, EMS, ActiveSpaces

  • Provide on-call support on rotation basis

  • Work on migration projects

  • Work with on-site and offshore teams

  • Provide technical leadership to lead the architecture and design of Tibco suite of products.

  • Interpret requirements, performs highly complex analyses and presents options and recommendations to obtain desired results.

  • Develop advanced technological ideas and guides development into a final product.

  • Middleware technologies scope of patching/upgrade work including Tibco Suite of Applications

  • Work with development teams to create/Configure new middleware instances required by the projects.

Location

  • Two days a week at a Guardian office in Holmdel, NJ , New York, NY or Bethlehem, PA. Three days a week work from home.

Salary Range

$99,190.00 - $162,955.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
