Admin/Customer Service

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-430pm Hours may vary

Responsibilities: Perform routine office tasks, assisting customers with service requests, proposals, routing service calls, typing schedules for technicians, inclusive of the following:

  • Assisting customers with scheduling, in person, via phone and email
  • Printing, scanning, faxing, filing, organizing, etc.
  • Collecting customer information
  • Communicate with technicians as well as customers
  • Maintaining the companys records, including contracts/agreements, promotional mailings, etc.
  • Be a detail-oriented and highly organized team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks according to procedures with accuracy and proper follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of general office experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Friendly, good teamwork mentality to build supportive working relationships with co-workers
  • Be a detail-oriented and highly organized team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks according to procedures with accuracy and proper follow-up
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Willingness to learn new and take on new tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Bilingual a plus
