About the Role: Are you a master of metal? We're looking for a talented Welder to join our dynamic team! You'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, using your skills to set up and operate MIG welders, align and fit components, and ensure top-notch repairs and fabrications. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate MIG welders with precision.
Layout, position, align, and fit components together seamlessly.
Secure parts by bolting, clamping, and tack welding.
Perform repairs by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.
Utilize cutting, grinding, carbon arc, or oxy-acetylene torch for repairs.
Read blueprints or follow verbal instructions for accurate fabrication.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in welding, grinding, and blueprint reading.
Experienced in welding machine setup and troubleshooting.
Ability to train and mentor others.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead within the shop area.
Work Environment:
Shop environment with occasional outdoor work.
Be prepared for varying temperatures and loud, dusty conditions.
Exposure to paint fumes in the paint prep area.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
