Description We are looking for an efficient Accounting Clerk to be based in HOLLAND NT, Ohio, 43528-9129, United States. This role is primarily within the service industry and requires the ability to process data and maintain financial records. The job offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary actions to recover overdue payments

• Conducting account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks

• Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Entering financial data accurately into the system

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Performing billing duties as per the organization's policies and procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation is essential.

• Experience in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) is required.

• Must have experience in billing and invoice processing.

• Proficiency in data entry tasks is a necessity.

• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze accounting data.

• Experience in using Oracle for accounting tasks is a plus.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks for managing accounting functions is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP for managing business operations and customer relations is an advantage.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks is required.

• A degree in accounting or related field is preferred.

• Professional certification in accounting is a plus.
