Overview
As part of the SyncoraDMPⓇ PMO Team, this role will focus on Hypercare and support services as well as internal department projects and service management aimed at growing our support capabilities and providing world class services to our customers.

Job Summary/Basic Function :
As part of the SyncoraDMPⓇ PMO Team, this role will focus on Hypercare and support services as well as internal department projects and service management aimed at growing our support capabilities and providing world class services to our customers.
Key Accountabilities :
Solution Maintenance Program Management:
Support customer specific SyncoraDMP solution Hypercare and maintenance Program Management, communications activities, and change enablement activities
Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure SLAs, timelines, and goals are being met on our solution Hypercare and maintenance contract
Collaborate with SyncoraDMPⓇ Solutions Development Team to develop tools, best practices, and opportunities for improvement of customer’s solution
Coordinate deployment and configuration of upgrades and hotfixes across customer teams, development teams, and support team
Be prepared to conduct both virtual and onsite customer meetings
Internal Project Management – Internal Projects & Product Launches:
Lead small scale internal projects and be accountable for execution and project results or play a supporting role in larger scale internal projects
Develop a cross-functional skill set to work internal projects ranging from process optimization, product launches, product reboots, training plans, and internal campaigns.
Ownership of project scoping document, project plan, cadence meetings, status reporting, and on time project completion
Ensure all project documents are properly archived following project completion.
External Project Management:
Participate in and eventually lead thorough customer discovery on project objectives, timelines, milestones, etc.
Build customer project plan, identify key stakeholders, coordinate meetings, and act as point person throughout the duration of the project
Build and maintain a project tracking dashboard
Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
Assist in managing the project scope by ensuring any change to scope are documented, approved, and communicated
Responsible for internal and external communication on project status
Be prepared to conduct both virtual and onsite customer facing meetings
Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion
Service Management:
Support customer escalations and requests on policy and business matters in accordance with leadership directives.
Facilitate SLA achievement where required in our contracts and warranty statements, to include issue identification, reporting, and non-conformance remediation when necessary.

Proficiency with project management tools and/or software packages
Ability to manage a project relative to a potentially complex integration and schedule
Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Must be self-motivated with an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines
Ability to elicit cooperation from management and other departments
Communications :
Communicate effectively with other Panasonic staff, key customers, executive and project management staff for our clients and partners.
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, including ability to provide clear and detailed technical reports and presentations
Coordination between multiple suppliers, subcontractors and project level agreements
Other Requirements :
- Requires a minimum of 10% travel to various locations in North America, Japan, and other locations where projects are being executed. Adherence to corporate travel and entertainment policy is required.

Salary Range
$68,000 –$80,000 + Bonus REQ-148838
