Since 2016, the arena has been home to the Windy City Bulls, the Chicago Bulls' affiliate in the NBA G League. The arena comfortably seats 10,543 guests.

Job Summary

Elevate your career by managing exceptional concessions and banquet experiences at NOW Arena! You will oversee banquet and concessions operations, ensuring the highest quality service for our guests. Your leadership will drive the seamless execution of events, making every occasion memorable ensuring a top-tier guest experience with every event!

Detailed Responsibilities

Daily Tasks: Banquets

• Coordinate event details with clients and internal teams

• Manage the setup and breakdown of banquet events

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies

• Supervise and schedule banquet staff

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Daily Tasks: Concessions

• Coordinate daily operations of concessions

• Manage scheduling and performance of concessions staff

• Monitor sales and adjust inventory as needed

• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues

• Prepare reports on sales and inventory

Overarching Tasks:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction

• Optimize operational efficiency through staff training and process improvements

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution

• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely supply deliveries

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position, preferably with banquet managment experience.

• High level of computer literacy

• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
