Wal-Mart Associates, Inc. Senior Product Manager in Hoboken, New Jersey

Duties: Design and implement process to support supply chain flows based on new business strategies as we adapt to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies. Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, and evaluation of supply chain flows. Implement new or improved capabilities to bring efficiency and performance. Monitor suppliers' activities to assess performance in meeting quality or delivery requirements. Evaluate new solutions and methods to improve performance and KPI’s tracking capabilities. Document user workflows or systems and data flows in the supply chain to help bring a view on gaps and opportunities for efficiency and scalability. This position does not supervise other employees.Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related area and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.Skills required: Experience defining product vision and strategy to define long term product roadmaps by analyzing data, running competitive analysis, and collaborating with global cross-functional stakeholders including senior leadership. Experience identifying user pain points, building a view of their impact to the business, and developing user requirements and new product features. Experience with REST API, JSON, EDI, and XML files to drive implementation of data integration with third party software and tools to automate and improve complex business and operational processes. Experience executing product roadmaps by using waterfall and agile methodologies to define feature requirement, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization using JIRA and Confluence. Experience with data visualization and analytical tools Tableau and Mixpanel to build the user journeys charts and tagging needed to track product usage, translate key data points and metrics to the product roadmap and long-term vision, and translate products KPI to business impact for leadership. Experience building design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD. Experience defining flow diagrams and user journeys of current and proposed business and operational processes using Microsoft VISIO and MIRO. Experience building elaborate Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for product launches to improve user awareness and adoption. Experience driving high-level discussions regarding system design and architectural discussions with software developers, solution architects, and data scientists. Experience creating product collaterals, product bios, and whitepapers to demonstrate product capabilities to internal and external stakeholders. Experience with supply chain flows and journey to incorporate best processes and practices in the domain. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
