NICE Systems, Inc. Senior Product Manager - X-Sight in Hoboken, New Jersey
So, what's the role all about?
As a Cloud Product Manager to join our Product Management team for X-Sight. X-Sight is the Cloud SaaS platform of Actimize that is revolutionizing Financial Crime Risk Management by leveraging advanced analytics on a unified view of customer behavior to effectively assess risk across all financial crime areas. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive our platform strategy as it relates to the business model of the platform and provided applications. You will work collaboratively with our customers, partners, and cross functional teams to establish product requirements, drive strategy, and deliver business results.
How will you make an impact?
Continually refine the platform strategy around cost management, order fulfillment, entitlements, and billing in the X-Sight portfolio. Build and deliver on the product roadmap to achieve realization of platform value across applications in X-Sight.
Work closely with marketing, sales, account management, legal, procurement, billing, and other business departments to maximize adoption of X-Sight value and recognize market opportunities.
Establish competitive intelligence and industry expertise to influence overall platform direction and prioritization of shared business value.
Represent X-Sight and NICE Actimize as a subject matter expert in Cloud Financial Crime Risk Management.
Frequently engage with customers and prospects to establish trust and gather market feedback to optimize the X-Sight platform offering as a Voice of the Customer.
Have you got what it takes?
SaaS Product Management and Delivery is a must
BS or BA degree or higher
At least 5 years' experience in product management
Work in Financial Services industry a big plus
Excellent customer engagement skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent people skills
Experience in developing and managing software products in the financial field is an advantage
Personal Qualities: creative, dynamic, hard worker, self-starter, assertive, energetic, people person
Ability to work in a fluid, start-up like environment
You will have an advantage if you also have:
Experience/knowledge of Actimize solutions or financial crime.
