Position: Senior Manager, Product ManagementJob Location: 221 River Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030Duties: Define and own product roadmaps and perform requirements gathering, analysis, and solution designing for Walmart’s Yard Management Product. Develop short-term and long-term product strategies and roadmaps for Supply Chain Transportation Products. Drive strategic initiatives that require working across multiple teams. Build highly scalable application solutions using technologies such as Rest Services, Java SpringBoot, and Cloud Datastores. Evaluate business cases and translate business and customer requirements into product roadmaps, engineering specifications, and underlying system dependencies to deliver customer benefits and meet financial goals. Build a culture of end-to-end ownership, and ensure efficient operating reviews, data driven decision-making, and strong partnerships, and take controlled risks to achieve results. Actively manage key business stakeholders by conducting product reviews, strategy sessions with leadership, performance assessments, and priority setting based on impact and effort. Run competitive intelligence analytics and internal data assessments to uncover new opportunities and turn them into insights that align with company goals. Track and run analysis of key operational search metrics and financial performance indicators and measure progress for the Search team through centralized governance. Implement search initiatives with engineering and data science partners, conduct and analyze results from A/B testing to make launch decisions with product leadership. This position does not supervise employees.Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 7 years of experience in product management.Skills required: Experience with eCommerce fulfillment. Experience executing data analysis and creating visualizations using Tableau and Looker. Experience designing and implementing REST APIs. Experience creating analytical queries in cloud datastores for data analysis purposes. Experience using NoSQL to document datastores for reporting purposes. Experience with the Agile Methodology, including Scrum, Sprint Planning, Velocity, and Workload. Experience building product roadmaps and requirements and solution designing using Trello and Miro. Experience with supply chain logistics and freight movement. Experience with advertising effectiveness analysis, marketing mix, and ROI measurement. Experience making recommendations on new user features using the following research methodologies: Focus Groups, Text Coding, Case Study Research, Hypothesis Testing, Surveys, Experiment Design, A/B Testing, Sampling, Randomization, and Correlation Analysis.
