Responsibilities

  1. Client Management:

  2. Be able to develop a brief for creative execution or production based on a good understanding and interpretation of Client needs.

  3. Provide relevant market information and other facts necessary to address briefs.

  4. Organize and participate in brainstorming, make effective notes to capture ideas.

  5. Coordinate with various internal departments to keep everyone involved in processes and on schedule.

  6. Undertake the development necessary for each concept as briefed, e.g., sourcing/contacting third parties/obtaining quotations/briefing internal and external facilities - normally under the supervision of senior account leaders.

  7. Prepare material for Client, e.g., collation of samples/visuals, costs, etc., for discussion with line managers.

  8. Prepare comprehensive budgets and timing plans from the start of the project.

  9. Develop a critical eye for material produced by account team/creative ensuring it is free of errors and omissions.

  10. Ensure regular communication of project status with line managers.

  11. Execute, support, and monitor project, to ensure smooth and flawless processes during projects.

  12. Establish and maintain an up-to-date filing system that can be easily accessed by any other team member.

  13. Manage a library of competitive information, related knowledge to the business, and accessing/providing this information as required to the team, local or global Clients or Agency.

  14. Coordinate, composition, and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required, e.g., creative, production, third-party specialists, etc.

  15. Prepare weekly WIP (Work in Process) reports as required and other documents/materials for internal and external meetings, on-time and free of errors.

  16. Produce accurate contact reports following any contact with Client – provide Clients contact reports within 24 hours of meetings. These may be actions listed in an email; to be evaluated and approved by your line manager on the basis of the profile of the meeting/level of contact prior to circulating the same.

  17. Provide Client and Team with feedback on projects on a daily/“need-to-know” basis.

  18. Provide updates on budgets and help Managers ensure timing plans are fully up to date.

  19. Develop a thorough understanding of each process involved in a project and execute action required as needed.

  20. Ensure that all materials reach markets on time and in the most cost-efficient way.

  21. Coordinate composing, editing, and proofreading high-quality communications materials including proposals, briefing documents, pitch letters, internal memos, fact sheets, client correspondence, or press releases.

  22. Coordinate offline activities/events and arrange logistics for relevant parties.

  23. Assist line manager in building and nurturing relationships with clients and other agency partners.

  24. Ensure all information relating to project management is well and accurately delivered in a timely manner.

  25. Strategy:

  26. Assist line manager in preparing relevant materials, including market information, trends, competitive information, as well as Client product information for the development of plans or strategies.

  27. Creative Leadership:

  28. Maintain contact with the creative team.

  29. Ensure creative team motivation and working processes.

  30. Assist creative team with relevant information/materials.

  31. People Management:

  32. Train, lead, and guide Account Executive.

  33. Always consult with line manager regarding inquiries by providing own thoughts in terms of solutions. Do not just relay questions to line manager. (We need a problem-solving mindset, not problem seeing).

Qualifications

  • Years of experience Required: at least 6 years in advertising field.

  • Proactive dynamic and professional.

  • Ability to work with supervisor level, authorities.

  • Ability to work responsibly and honestly in all employment areas.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree with a major in marketing, communications, advertisement, media, digital, public relations, etc.

  • Fluent in English (both writing & speaking).

  • Detail-oriented and well organized to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Bold, passionate with an appetite for producing good work.

  • Work well under pressure with a can-do, solution-driven attitude.

  • High sense of resilience.

  • An open-minded, proactive & teamwork mindset to grow.

  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment when receiving tasks/requests.

  • Ability to put your own thoughts into short & concrete writing/speaking.

  • Advanced knowledge of working software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client trust.
