Job Description

Job Title: SFE & Training Manager

Location: Vietnam, HCMC

About the role:

The position is responsible for driving excellence sales force effectiveness & efficiency to support HCP experience journey and enhance SF capability through CRM adoption journey and training activity implementation.

As a trusted advisor and business partner to commercial leaders focusing data driven making decision in SFE & training areas, this position will apply the analytical and strategic thinking to contribute to the success of our profitable growth agenda an building best in class SF’s quality in Pharma industry.

How you will contribute:

1. SFE:

  • Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE):

  • Be Vietnam SFE point of contact to internal and in the region and at global level and to external

  • Responsible to ensure the establishment framework of segmentation & targeting (S&T), call strategy/Priority Brands, tracking implementation through CRM adoption journey which aligned with LOC’s commercial effectiveness and HCP engagement strategic priority.

  • As a business partner to commercial leaders, support data driven making decision in SFE & training areas fo SF continuous improvement.

  • Sales Force Incentive scheme (SFI):

  • Accountability for Sales Force Incentive scheme (SFI) design, target setting allocation, tracking performance management to support SF motivation and achievement aligned with company strategy and guidance.

  • Territory alignment and resource optimization:

  • Responsible for design, tracking and implementation the Territory alignment and resource optimization to ensure SF productivity and efficiency which aligned with commercial strategy and business objectives.

  • Data analyst and management:

  • Accountability for data analyst and management on the SFE, SFI, Territory alignment areas & sales data systems /platforms to ensure data accuracy, readiness in real time.

  • Utilize the internal and external reports and other market research to improve sales force effectiveness and capability.

  • Closely corporate with BI and Omnichannel for increasing E2E HCP engagement & experience journey which impacts to business objectives and outcome.

  • Project management:

  • Provide coordination to deliver successful project and support SFE in business planning and operation.

  • Key contact for working with cross functions to recommend areas of improvements and provide priority solutions through SFE data analytics and insight

  • Ensure governance, way of working and simplified operation in project collaboration.

2. Training:

  • Key contact point to ensure logistic & material preparation for training activities, training events, on boarding implementation for SF in time and readiness.

  • Key contact point to corporate with BO and cross functions for organizing the training capability programs for SF which aligned with MKT & Sales strategy (including onboarding training-Selling & product knowledge)

  • Accountability to facilitating the training in term of SFE areas to SF/MKT

  • Measure training outcomes against key deliverables in line with business strategy and performance measures

  • Execute annual plans and budgets aligned with training strategies

What you bring to Takeda:

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in commercial, business analytic, data analyst, finance, IT… .MBA/Pharm.D preferred.

  • Pharmaceutical industry, experienced in territory management and understanding HCPs experience journey.

  • At least 3 years of experience in MNCs of Pharmaceutical industry, performing SFE and data analytics visualizations involving business data analytic, HCP insights, territory management and recommendations to key stakeholders

  • High level of intellectual curiosity and learning agility to quickly understand new business problems and concepts

  • Ability to problem-solving, implementation solutions and recommendation via the data driven making decision

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking

  • Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated project planning and project management skills
