POSITION SUMMARY

This job is responsible for the marketing area - usually across several products/brands/categories.

Responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy of the brands/products/categories within their

area of responsibility. Guardian of the brand. Co-ordinates / manages a global marketing strategy.

Coordinates the development of sales objectives, strategies and advertising promotional programs that

are within the company's budget. Liaise with Sales.

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

• Contribute to achieving the set business objectives RIG, OG, MC, EBIT for the responsible category.

• Achieve the market share objectives

• Based on solid consumer insight: develop medium to long-term category plans in line with the MBS;

develop a brand plan per the ICP approach; provide the input and drive the I&R pipeline.

• Provide the input to the channel/customer /route-to-market planning

• Build & maintain a network of contacts across the Nestle world and any relevant professional association

for cross-fertilization of best practices and source of new ideas relevant to the business.

• Develop a business culture based on appropriate use of marketing intelligence and systematic pursuit of

consumer insight.

• Responsible for functional competency development & succession planning of marketing team.

  • Senior Marketing Experience (3-5 years)
