About SAP Labs Network and SAP Labs Vietnam

SAP Labs Network is the global R&D setup where over 55,000 engineers around the world create, operate and support the most innovative enterprise solutions for SAPs customers worldwide. SAP Labs Vietnam aims to become one of the key locations within the SAP Labs Network to support the engineering growth for SAP.

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our team in Vietnam. You will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-native microservices, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.

What you'll do

• Support in the entire development process, including design and implementation, of cloud-based microservices using platforms like Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.

• Develop microservices using Java Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases and other cloud technologies.

• Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and perform integration testing to maintain code quality and reliability.

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience programming in Java Spring Boot.

• Experience in SQL and data stores such as PostgresSQL.

• Experience developing, testing, deploying and maintaining cloud-native microservices on hyperscalers via CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What you bring

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Rest APIs and microservices architecture.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
