Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
Receive Purchase Requisition from requesters, consolidation and make plans to purchase meet timeline required.
Get quotation, make analysis and price comparison sheet, and get approval from Manager;
Look for and contact with suppliers to discuss price, quality, delivery time, etc.;
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best deal for individual products or longer-term discount agreements.
Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions and maintain supplier relationships.
Prepare and complete purchasing processes required in the Flex.
Collaborate with requesters to supervise the inspection of all supplies, services, and equipment purchased to ensure conformance with specifications.
Purchase or contract for supplies, services, and equipment required by any using agency, within the limits of the current budget approved;
Prepare and maintain vendors master file, purchasing records, reports, and price lists;
Ad-hoc tasks are assigned by the Manager.
Your job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
Graduated from university;
Purchasing experience (minimum of 02 years) and negotiation skills;
Numerical and administrative skills for accurate order processing, and supplier evaluation;
Excellent communication skills to build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and liaise effectively with management and staff;
Confident telephone manner;
Good team and organizational skills.

Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
Familiar using Flex system is a plus.
Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English is preferred
Can work independently under pressure
Can arrange to travel for inspection jobs
