Drives Services on time delivery and variable cost productivity through projects, proactive and reactive actions, and leadership across a given geography.

This includes initiating improvements in logistics operations and facilitating a strategic outlook that will better serve all stakeholders. The role leads and implements key projects that improve tools, process, productivity, and has daily oversight of carrier performance.

主に製品のロジスティクス業務(国内外の輸送及び国内倉庫)のを行うとともに、ステークホルダーと共により良いサービスを競争率のある価格で提供するための改善を促進していくポジションです。

職務内容

  • サプライヤーのパフォーマンスを確保するためのプロセスKPIの監督

  • 社内外の顧客要件、会社方針、国際貿易規制に沿った運営が行われるようオペレーションを行う

  • 国内外の関係者と協力し国内輸送プロセスの標準化を推進し、国内ネットワークの改善とコスト削減活動を行う

  • 社内顧客やサプライヤーとの日々のエスカレーションを解決する

  • 不具合の傾向を管理し、サプライヤーの根本原因/是正措置を推進する

  • 緊急の入出荷案件のエスカレーションポイントとしての役割

  • 損害および損失クレームの処理

  • 納期遵守(OTD)要件を満たし、ステークホルダーとの不一致をフォローする

  • 輸送業者や運賃支払いチームと協力し、適切なアクセスコストとフローを確保する

  • コスト削減を含むプロジェクトの実施

  • その他、ロジスティクスリーダーから割り当てられた業務

資格・経験

  • ロジスティクスまたはサプライチェーンマネジメントの実務経験3年以上

  • 学士号または同等の知識・実務経験

  • 輸出入業務(通関)、運賃管理、倉庫管理のベストプラクティスの経験

  • 問題の根本原因を特定し、創造的な代替ソリューションを生み出し、評価し、事実に基づいた判断で迅速かつ効果的に問題解決を実施する能力を実証する強力な分析スキル。

  • 社内顧客および外部ベンダーとの良好なコミュニケーションおよび調整スキル

望ましい特性

  • コンピュータスキル(Microsoft Office Suite製品など)に習熟しており、可能であればOracle ERPの知識があることが望ましい

  • 英語での基本的な会話、読解スキル

  • Kaizen/ LEAN/Six Sigmaの経験。

  • 対人スキルと人間関係の構築

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Oversee process KPIs to ensure supplier performance

  • Overcome road blocks to ensure shipments are made in line with internal and external customer’s requirements, company policy, international trade regulations

  • Drive standardization of transportation processes across In-country, domestics network improvement to cost down activities together with COE and related parties

  • Resolve day-day escalations with internal customer & suppliers

  • Manage defect trending and drive supplier root cause/corrective action

  • Act as escalation point for urgent receiving and shipping matters

  • Continuous improvement of KPIs and processes driving accuracy and productivity

  • Handle damage and loss claims

  • Meet on time delivery (OTD) requirements and follow on discrepancies with stakeholder

  • Work with transportation providers and freight payment team to ensure proper accessorial cost and flows

  • Deliver Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) projects

  • Any other duties assign by Logistics Leader

Qualifications/ experience

  • Min. Yrs. Experience: 3 years of working in logistics or supply chain management

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent knowledge or work experience

  • Experience in import/export operations (customs), freight management and warehousing best practices in local market

  • Understanding of cross business unit collaboration to leverage on synergy and productivity

  • Strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions, and implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.

  • Good communication and coordination skill with internal customers and outside vendors

Desired Characteristics

  • Solid proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite products) and Oracle ERP expertise highly preferred.

  • Basic speaking, wring and reading skill in English

  • Kaizen/ LEAN/Six Sigma experience.

  • Interpersonal skills and relationship building.
