We are seeking a full-time Facility Administrator to join our Big Island Energy Company - Hilo team. If you are interested in working for a local, family-owned business and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment, this position is for you.
Position Summary The Facility Administrator in Hilo will be responsible for supporting the company with billing of all hauling, pumping and lubricant deliveries to customers. This individual will also be ordering and receiving lubricant products and creating delivery tags as assigned and assisting at the front counter with customer inquiries and answering phones and performing some administrative tasks.
Knowledge, Education and Experience Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Two (2) years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or billing experience and two (2) years of customer service experience is preferred. General knowledge of basic accounting principles is required. General knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems including Microsoft Office. Previous experience working with enterprise management or accounting software is preferred. Applicants must possess excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, flexible, willing to learn new tasks and petroleum nomenclature and products, detail oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment. Previous inventory management experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour
