Schedule Weekly Hours:40 At Gundersen Health System we are looking to add an IT Instructional Designer to our ITDS Business Operations and Affiliates team in Hillsboro, WI. Education and technology are constantly evolving, as new innovations and findings occur, educational materials must be revised and adapted to accommodate these changes. What\'s Available? Full time, 1.0 FTE Schedule: Monday-Friday core business hours Location: Onsite at Hillsboro, WI, and will routinely support the Boscobel region and other locations as business needs warrant. Will occasionally, though infrequent, be asked to support/provide training for other regional affiliate sites and may travel to La Crosse, WI for group meetings or resident training. What You\'ll Do? You will be responsible for designing and developing learning solutions (training programs, courses, or other instructional materials and educational tools) that support the Epic training needs primarilyfor St. Joseph\'s hospital and clinics as well as the Boscobel hospital and clinics users. In this role you will also have the ability to partner with our main training team for all Epic educational needs & material. Primary responsibilities include: Design instructional management systems Evaluate new eLearning materials Create educational content Design and revamp both new and established learning models Implement feedback from program reviews Train others on how to deliver learning material Keep up to date with Epic build changes (quarterly upgrades, hyperdrive conversion) Keep training content/environment updated An Ideal Candidate Will Have: Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Education, or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education Clinical and Epic experience is helpful, but not required If not already trainer certified in Epic, you will take an Epic class(es) and become certified within 60 days of hire Strong Organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills What You\'ll Get?
