Insight Global Service Manager in Hillsboro, Oregon

Job Description

A leading innovator in the semiconductor industry, is looking for a Service Manager who is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients, is dynamic and analytical and who can elevate our operations and efficiencies.

Day to Day:

 - Manager our Field Service Engineer (FSE) teams, focusing on improving efficiencies, customer service, and process optimization.

 - Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

 - Analyze tool data using software such as JMP and Excel, creating actionable insights to improve performance and service delivery.

 - Engage in daily and weekly interactions with customers, addressing issues and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

 - Proactively address roadblocks and delays, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing inefficiencies.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

     - Proven experience in a service management role within the semiconductor or a related industry.

     - Strong analytical skills, with experience in using tools like JMP, Excel, and pivot tables for data analysis.

     - Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in process improvement methodologies.
