This role involves supporting inbound calls, performing financial transactions, and recommending products and services that best meet our members’ needs. Job Description:

• Handle inbound calls from members and execute financial transactions with precision.

• Proactively identify and recommend optimal products and services tailored to members’ needs.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of services, including insurance, investments, and mortgages.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and positive experience for all members.

• Achieve quarterly performance metrics and service objectives, as well as quarterly sales targets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dynamic customer service environment is required.

• Demonstrated ability to listen to member needs and recommend suitable financial products.

• Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high service standards.

• Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask insightful questions, address objections, and understand member concerns.

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
