Davis Tool is an advanced manufacturing company supporting the Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other industries. We manage complex mechanical assemblies, including Machining, Sheet Metal, and Supply Chain Services and operate on a 24x5 schedule. We have 3 on-site shifts.

Monday - Friday work week:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Davis Tool is seeking Technical Managers with experience in our industry who:

• Have proven Supervisor or Management experience

• Develop employees in a dynamic environment

• Take responsibility for Safely manufacturing products

• Develop and maintain adherence to procedures and operating instructions

• Have experience with CNC machines

• Are able to develop, execute, and deliver results with action plans

• Are able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills

  Education:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering is helpful but not required
