We are looking for individuals interested in precision mechanical repairs, machine set-up and operation, general purpose test equipment, and many types of mechanical troubleshooting and repair for high speed machining centers, large facilities, and vehicles.
Monday - Friday Work Week:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure moving parts of machinery are properly greased and oiled, by applying proper lubrication per manufacturers recommendations
Clean and maintain production machinery
Fill production machinery with coolant and verify coolant concentrations
Perform daily facility and equipment checks to ensure machinery is running properly
Assist with moving and installing equipment
Utilize work order and PM management system, maintain records of tasks and repairs performed
Perform basic pneumatic and plumbing repairs
Perform basic building maintenance repairs such as plumbing, painting, and changing filters
Basic vehicle maintenance on forklifts, trucks, and trailers
We are looking for candidates who:
Take pride in the work they perform
Are detail oriented
Own a set of b asic hand tools and ha s experience using these tools
Can communicate and work with other members of a maintenance team
Have an interest in working with their hands
Effectively problem solve, prioritize, and follow through on assignments and projects
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to obtain a forklift c ertification
Continue their learning and education
Education and Qualifications:
High School Degree or GED
Drivers License
Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus but not required
Automotive repair or prior maintenance experience a plus
