Job Title: Machinist

Job Description

Hiring for experienced Mill and Lathe Machinists on day, swing, and weekend shifts. These are full-time opportunities with a busy and expanding job shop! Open to a variety of experience levels, but candidates must have previous schooling and/or experience with CNC mills or CNC lathes.

Hard Skills

• Set up and operate CNC mill or lathe

• Change out and adjust tooling

• Make basic code adjustments with supervisor permission

• Inspect parts with precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers

• Reference blueprints and utilize GD&T

• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on machines

Soft Skills

• Good written and oral communication

• Punctuality

• Reliability

• Collaboration with other machinists and supervisors

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Work Environment

Machine shop, very clean but there are loud machines running throughout the facility. Organized and has a specific flow of work through the shop.
