Responsibilities
The Director of the PMO will oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs across the organization. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in project management, business analysis, quality assurance, agile methodologies, and portfolio management. The Director of the PMO will work closely with senior leadership to align project initiatives with business goals and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
As the Director you will also develop key business partnerships and delivers value to our stakeholders by identifying and proactively offering innovative technical solutions in support of the achievement of business goals

Leadership and Strategy:
- As a key member of the IT leadership team this role contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise wide IT strategy and is responsible for d eveloping and implementing the strategic vision for the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, business analysts, QA professionals, and agile practitioners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
Project Management:
Oversee the management of all projects within the portfolio, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
