Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Cleared RSRV Program Manager to join one of their top defense clients at Hill Air Force Base, supporting a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will be responsible for acting as the technical liaison and action officer, facilitating collaboration between the Flight Systems Division, the prime contractor, and external stakeholders in relation to Re-entry Vehicle development. They will act as a subject matter expert on the Re-entry Vehicle system and support equipment, including Nuclear Surety, Acquisition Program Management, Test Management, and more. This role requires extensive collaboration with the government customer and external stakeholders of the DoD nuclear enterprise on a daily basis.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

10+ years of DoD Program Management experience in the following (Master's Degree accounts for 2 years of experience)

- Prior ICBM Nuclear Munitions or Maintenance background

- Familiar with Nuclear Surety principles

- DoD Acquisition Program Management experience

- Bachelors degree

- Active Secret Clearance + TS and SAP eligible

- Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (located in Clearfield, UT) Plusses

- Nuclear Surety experience (Nuclear Safety, Security, Reliability, and Control)

- Any ICBM, Support Equipment, or RS/RV experience

- Any experience with AFOTEC or related organization of the DoD

Active TS or TSSCI Clearance null
