Description A Sales Support detail oriented is generally responsible for assisting the sales team in their day-to-day operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently. They provide essential support to the sales team while also serving as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Providing administrative support for sales representatives and managers, facilitating their functions.

Handling and processing customer orders and ensuring their timely delivery.

Collaborating with sales executives to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets.

Resolving issues raised by customers quickly and professionally.

Preparing sales-related documents such as contracts, proposals, and quotes.

Handling internal communication, record-keeping, and reporting on sales targets.

Coordinating with the marketing team to create effective sales materials.

Assisting in organizing sales events and campaigns.

Required skills and qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
