Job Title: Electro-Optical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Optical Assembler to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble components according to basic work instructions, utilizing small hand tools, and ensuring the quality and functionality of assembled parts. The position operates within a designated cleanroom area and involves inspecting parts for cosmetic deficiencies, final packaging of assembled products, and assisting in facility organization and outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to basic work instructions.

• Utilize small hand tools to complete assemblies.

• Inspect parts for cosmetic deficiencies and ensure proper function.

• Assist in final packaging of assembled products.

• Prepare outgoing shipments as needed.

• Help maintain and organize the facility.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years' experience in small part assembly.

• 1+ years' experience using hand tools.

• Proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Adherence to cleanroom protocols, including cleanliness, contamination control, and proper use of gowns, gloves, and shoe covers.

Work Environment

Work is performed in a cleanroom environment, with each assembler having their own designated area. The position requires adherence to cleanliness standards and the use of gowns, gloves, and shoe covers to maintain a controlled environment. The shift hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Highland Heights, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
