Job Description: Post Production Inspector
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Post Production Inspector. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct thorough inspections of our products to ensure compliance with quality standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to cGMP guidelines. This position requires the ability to comprehend and follow Work Instructions and BPR's, while also keeping the work area clean and audit-ready. The ability to lift up to 50lbs is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, knowledge of Safety, Quality, RFT (Right First Time), RFP (Right First Pass), and Data Integrity is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive inspections of post-production products to ensure adherence to quality standards
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records
Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and ability to apply them effectively during inspections
Read and comprehend Work Instructions and BPR's to ensure accurate execution of tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring it is audit-ready at all times
Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50lbs as required
Make sound decisions based on inspection findings and communicate them effectively to relevant departments.
Collaborate and work effectively within a team environment to meet production goals
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Safety, Quality, RFT, RFP, and Data Integrity principles
Requirements:
