We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage parts ordering and schedule preventative maintenance. Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and ensure availability of critical parts.

• Parts Ordering: Source and order parts and supplies from approved vendors, ensuring timely delivery to avoid production downtime.

• Preventative Maintenance Scheduling: Create and manage schedules for routine maintenance tasks, coordinating with technicians and vendors to ensure timely completion.

• Documentation: Maintain organized and detailed records of inventory transactions, maintenance schedules, and vendor communications.

• Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure efficient workflow.

• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and industry standards for inventory and maintenance management.

• Flexibility: Be available to work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
