Join Our Team as a Dispatcher in Hicksville! Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics? We're looking for a Dispatcher to join our growing team and keep our freight operations running smoothly! Requirements:

• Organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Knowledge of transportation regulations is a plus.

• 1st Shift 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday with lost of overtime!!

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers for freight deliveries and pickups efficiently.

• Communicate with customers regarding shipment details, delivery times, and special handling requests.

• Plan and adjust routes to accommodate changes and ensure timely deliveries.

• Prepare and manage dispatch documents, freight bills, and invoices.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatched calls, routes, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor compliance with transportation regulations and driver logs.

• Oversee truck repairs and maintenance schedules.

• Address customer shipping schedules and resolve complaints professionally.
