This is located in Hickory, NC and is an on-site position Are you an organized, high energy person that is able to multi-task and handle varying tasks with ease? Do you have outstanding customer service and organizational skills? Do you enjoy putting people to work? If so...we may be interested in you for our Site Coordinator role in Hickory, NC. We are currently looking for an Onsite Coordinator. In this role you will act as an extension of the client's HR function focusing on business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the contingent (temporary) employees. We are looking for a motivated candidate that is willing to not only do great work internally, but great work for our client. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Pay $18-$22 based on experience

salary: $18 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

In a typical day, you can expect:

  • High Volume Recruitment (along with onboarding talent- running backgrounds, submitting i9s)

  • Posting job ads and responding to candidates at a fast pace

  • Able to maintain a pipeline of candidates, bringing in around 15 new hires per week- sometimes more!

  • Manage the candidates you hire on- not only will you recruit, but you will manage the talent you've recruited (payroll, HR Issues, etc...)

  • Client satisfaction- working hand-in-hand with our client to ensure our partnership is thriving

  • Daily attendance monitoring

  • Performance reviews and coaching

  • Safety floor walks and talent engagement

The essential functions of this role include:
