POSITION TITLE:Crisis Services Manager

REPORTS TO:CCBHC Director

DIRECT REPORTS:Will supervise the Crisis Clinician position in coordination with the Clinical Director. Will provide administrative supervision to non-licensed, crisis staff, including the Crisis Liaison and Mobile Crisis Responders.

FLSA STATUS:Exempt; regular full-time; employment-at-will position.

SCHEDULE:The work schedule willgenerally conformto that of a full-time Monday-Friday 40-hour-per-week schedule to be performed within the Centers hours of operation. Some after-hours on-call work isrequired.

PURPOSE:The Crisis Services Manageris responsible forleading the crisis team and providing oversight in the delivery of all crisis services. The Crisis Services Manager will provide direct crisis services and coordination of care to stabilize crisis events.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. [Coordinate direct crisis team daily services and functioning.]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
2. [Coordination of other staff involved in the delivery of crisis services.]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
3. [Access and triage crisis phone calls & coordinate needed services. ]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
4. [Supervision and overseeing of follow-up care for after-hours crisis phone calls received by HIS crisis services.]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
5. [Provide urgent/emergent mental health service intakes, crisis assessments & interventions, safety planning, hospital coordination for voluntary and state hospital screens. ]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
6. [Planning and coordination of care for hospital discharges. ]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
7. [Review documentation of crisis services with recommendations to the provider. Inform Clinical Director of recommendations to improve crisis service delivery, coordination of care, and documentation issues. ]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
8. [Provide crisis services training to staff.]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
9. [Provide expert court testimony as needed.]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
10. [Maintain documentation of all consultation and coordination activities.]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
11. [Builds andmaintainsrelationships with community partner agencies, tracks crisis services data, and completes grant reports as assigned.]{lang="EN-US" contrast="none"}
