We are seeking an experienced toolroom machinsit to joinour CNC machine shop team in our manufacturing plant located in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CNC machining processes, commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role involves supervising a team of machinists and ensuring that all production schedules are met efficiently and on time.

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Minimum 3-5 years CNC milling experience, Ability to correctly identify, set up, operate machine and hold and maintain print tolerances. Work with a wide variety of aircraft, automotive and manufacturing materials. Work in close conjunction with shop floor management and coordinate with inspection / quality control to maintain in process control.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
