- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage fabrication work schedules, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the fabrication team to maximize efficiency and safety. Address concerns and provide guidance to support individual and team success.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine work processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Safety and Quality Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to mitigate risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, purchasing, and project management teams to align fabrication efforts with project specifications and requirements.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery to ensure operational reliability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw material and finished product inventories to support uninterrupted production.
- Employee Training and Development: Provide training and growth opportunities for team members, addressing skill gaps and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
