::: {fr-original-=""} The CNC Setup Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to perform various machine functions such as cutting, drilling, milling, and turning on metal or plastic workpieces. This role ensures the efficient and precise operation of CNC machinery and adherence to all safety and quality standards. :::

  • Set up CNC machines according to specifications, including loading programs, adjusting settings, and preparing tools.
  • Read and interpret technical blueprints, sketches, and CAD designs to determine machining sequences and dimensions.
  • Select and install appropriate cutting tools, attachments, and fixtures on CNC machines.
